Slack Setup

1. Open project settings: /projects/<projectId>/settings/integrations.
2. Click Connect Slack (this starts OAuth via /api/integrations/slack/install).
3. Approve the app in Slack workspace.
4. Add a channel subscription in the same page (channel ID like C01234ABCDE).
5. Enable diff and/or completed event toggles.

Slack app scopes requested by ScanU are: chat:write, chat:write.public, commands.
